A company by the name of Mannatech has changed the way we view cells in our body forever. Their headquarters is located in Coppell, Texas, where the company was founded in 1994. They now market their products at an international level, currently serving the US, UK, Korea, Taiwan, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and Japan. In 2004 alone they pulled in a whopping $294 million, and since the beginning have made over $1.5 billion. Among the many things that this company has accomplished, one of the most unique is that Mannatech is publicly traded. This is rare in MLM companies and helps to give them a credible reputation. They are also an active member in both the U.S and Canadian Direct Sales Association (DSA) which holds them to strict codes on development and marketing.

At a glance, their commission plan is a little chaotic. If you are an associate (the lowest rank of distributor) you will make 4% of sales. However, most of your income, even at a higher status, will come from the many bonuses that are offered. You will also earn 20% of all direct sales that are made to a member (not an associate) that was signed up by you. Mannatech does claim to offer incentives, but you must call to find out what those are since they change on a regular basis.
