In 1972, Gene,
Kristen, and Pauline Hughes founded Natures Sunshine to give
the world real herbal supplements that would actually
benefit their health. Operating now for over 35 years,
Nature Sunshine has been going strong since hitting the
market with the latest technologies in herbal supplements.
Each product has been specifically designed to provide
either relief, or improve your quality of life by proper
nutrition.
Natures
Sunshine currently offers over 500 products including body
support systems, weight management supplements, daily heath
products such as vitamins (including children’s vitamins),
personal care products such as skin, body, and hair care and
home care products such as water purification systems, and
cleaning products that are said to be environmentally
friendly. Every product offered by Natures Sunshine is made
from herbs that have been researched and taken from all
parts of the world, only including the best of the best.
If you would
like to distribute for Natures Sunshine you must first place
an order of $40 or more. They will then send you a
membership packet that will explain the benefits of joining
which will include the benefits and the commission plans.
They offer travel initiatives, and multiple rewards and
bonuses based on performance. As a distributor of Natures
Sunshine you will automatically be entitled to; 33% off all
retail prices on products, over 30% off in personal rebates,
and you will get up to 40% of all purchases made by all the
people that you enlist to become members. That is all the
information they provide until you have made your $40
investment in a purchase.
While Natures Sunshine’s entire line of products seem to be
reasonably marketed and effective, they have recently been
attacked by the notorious FDA. According to several reports
Fat-Grabbers and Carb-Grabbers were marketed with the
promises of weight loss by suppressing hunger and burning
away what was already there. The FDA has claimed that these
statements were supposedly released before any substantial
research was done to prove this to be true. As far as the
FDA is concerned, this is considered lying about your
products capabilities and is not acceptable. Natures
Sunshine was slapped with a warning and reminded of the
strict codes that they must follow with the FDA. Since this
incident there have been no further negative reports.
