SeaSilver USA...

SeaSilver USA, Inc. has been on the market for over a decade selling a liquid nutritional supplement that is called SeaSilver. The founder Bela Berkes, and his son Jason E. Berkes, founded the company in 2003. Jason is the chief executive officer of the company. He has played a dedicated role in the development of SeaSilver USA, Inc. and the product.

SeaSilver USA, Inc. has designed SeaSilver (their product) to benefit all age, race and genders offering healthy nutrients that will keep you energized and at peak health. This nutritional drink is produced in their main distribution center and corporate office in Carlsbad, California. They also have distribution centers located in Kansas, South Carolina, Hawaii, and Alaska. All of the ingredients in this liquid dietary supplement are natural also including aloe vera that they grow in some of the largest fields in America. Most people claim that this nutritional supplement does nothing and the cost is excessive

SeaSilver USA Inc., have been in severe trouble with both the FTC and FDA. The FTC imposed a fine of $4.5 million on the owners and company stating that they were badly misrepresenting their product, SeaSilver. The FDA forced SeaSilver USA, Inc. to destroy every bottle that had been misrepresented on the label. $5.3 million worth of products were immediately destroyed.

Prior to the 2003 run in with the FTC and FDA, SeaSilver USA, Inc. had released outrageous claims in their marketing campaign. They stated that their dietary supplement had the ability to cure over 650 diseases. Among these miracles, the ones that the FTC claimed were posing a threat to its consumers were; it would cure lung, breast and prostate cancer, it would cure AIDS, and that it would cure diabetes. The FTC became very aggressive based on the fact that it is statements like these that destroy lives if used as a replacement for authentic treatments.

Due to the trouble they have been in for their dirty marketing, SeaSilver has formed a very bad reputation. It would not be in anyone's best interest to buy their supplement or help them to distribute a controversial product. SeaSilver USA, Inc. has proven to be very untrustworthy and should be avoided.
