SunRider USA, now known as SunRider International is one of the leading manufacturers of award-winning herbal products in the world.  Co-founded in 1982 by Dr. Tei-Fu Chen and his wife, Dr. Oi-Lin Chen, the company was the consummation of a dream that took many years of struggling and perseverance to achieve. Five years later, the Chens moved to Torrance, California and started their international business in Taiwan and Hong Kong. Dr. Chen was born in Chia Yi, Taiwan and attended the Pharmacy School of Kaohsiung Medical College. For most of his life, Dr. Chen had been acquainted with various herbal products and this familiarity eventually led him to study the effects of herbs on health.

Now, more than twenty years later, SunRider International has high-tech manufacturing facilities in California, Tianjin, Singapore, Huang Pu, and Taiwan and conducts business in more than thirty countries worldwide. Also, SunRider’s products are available in over six thousand retailers.

Dr. Tei-Fu Chen spent many years developing the products of SunRider International. Each product is a synthesis of Western and Chinese medicine. With his understanding of the medicinal properties of herbs, Dr. Tei-Fu Chen incorporated what he calls his Philosophy of Regeneration, a belief in our body’s ability to heal itself.
