Chris Sherman, a search engine marketing
and optimization guru, is the president of Searchwise, a
web-based consulting firm. He also edits Search Engine
Watch and writes a daily newsletter. Chris is a
prolific writer, with articles in Information Today,
Online, EContent, and other journals. He has
written The McGraw-Hill CD ROM Handbook and The
Invisible Web.
Twenty years ago, after earning a
Masters Degree in Technology, Chris became a developer of
products in the CD-ROM, multimedia, and cable television
areas. Then, he worked for a consulting firm as V.P. of
Technology. He worked with Motorola, Levi-Strauss, Porsche,
and International Data as clients.
Today, Chris Sherman’s consulting firm works with companies
to optimize their search engine marketing efforts.
