Dan Reynolds is the founder and CEO the
Brokers Group, a flourishing staffing solutions company.
Since he established the company in 2001, the Brokers Group
has witnessed unremitting growth. Reynolds oversees all
corporate vision, strategy, implementation and direction, as
well as business development, senior level recruitment and
client management.
Before founding the Brokers Group, Reynolds contributed to
the exponential growth of a New Jersey-based information
technology staffing company. He also worked in as a senior
sale engineering exec at Lytron, a thermal solutions
company. There he worked with the semi-conductor and medical
device vertical and helped to build up the company's sales.
It was this success which led Lytron to offer Reynolds the
job of launching a new branch in San Francisco, California.
Drawing from both his extensive staffing experience as well
as his entrepreneurial prowess, Reynolds launched The
Brokers Group purely with the intention of building a more
effective staffing firm. The need for better staffing
solutions was prompted by Reynolds' observations concerning
the lack of decent client service among competitors.
Dan Reynolds has also marked himself out with a number of
distinguished positions in various societies and
organizations that are devoted to business. Among these,
Reynolds is one of the founding members of the Princeton
chapter of The Executive Committee (TEC) International
Group, the world's largest CEO member organization. He
remains an active member of the National Association of
Computer Consultant Businesses (NACCB) in both the
Philadelphia and New York chapters. Moreover, he also
belongs to several clinical trial associations including the
Society of Clinical Research Association (SOCRA),
Association of Clinical Research Professionals (ACRP),
Society for Clinical Data Management (SCDM), and the Drug
Information Association (DIA). Dan Reynolds like to donate
much of his time to various charitable and humanitarian
efforts.
Reynolds is a professional presenter with a wealth of
resources and practical knowledge about subjects like
staffing, off shoring, outsourcing, traditional vs. vendor
managed staffing, co-employment liability and H1b visa
issues.
