David Goldsmith is co-founder of the Goldsmith Organization LLC and MetaMatrix Consulting Group Inc. For over the twenty years, Goldsmith has either founded or co-founded eight businesses ranging from distribution to manufacturing to advertising. He has also been a professional consultant to various industries including long distance telephone service, textile industry, computer programming, hospitality and tourism, manufacturing, and retail.

As a speaker, Goldsmith has covered a variety of topics including change management, corporate and personal goal setting, strategic planning, using technology and communication, leadership, marketing as well as customer service. The majority of his messages have been educational in nature and most of the time the audiences have either been organizations or businesses including the Syracuse University, the Wharton School of Business, American Management Association, International Management Council, Professional Purchasing Association, Citizen's Foundation, National Federation of Independent Businesses, and Blue Cross Blue Shield.

Goldsmith has also been on the Board of Directors for the Veterans Outreach Center, Board of Governors of the Citizens Foundation, American Society for Training and Development, the Leadership Council and Training and Education committees for the Syracuse Chamber of Commerce, as well as the EMA Society.

In 1991, David Goldsmith was awarded the prestigious honor of The Citizens Foundation Central New York Entrepreneur of the Year. The record of his accomplishments has appeared widely in both written and online media around the world. Goldsmith's speaking fees range from $5,000 to $10,000.
