Greg Montoya is the proud marketer of advanced water
purification products. Going into this business with his
long time friend and business partner, Jon Bender, he had a
dream of starting up a company that would benefit those
going down the same bumpy road he had finally exited. With
this idea he began his adventure helping these frustrated
people gain the tools and confidence to accomplish their own
dreams. The whole idea of his teaching is to develop a
totally optimistic personal outlook in your life and
business.
It was not an easy way to the top for Greg Montoya with his
first job as an operator and manager in an aerospace company
which he served for over 10 years. Life seemed perfect with
financial stability, and hard earned respect for his long
time dedication to the company. However it all changed when
the company decided to bring in a new management team.
Unfortunately he was then demoted which caused his income to
be drastically reduced.
It was at this point that Greg Montoya desperately needed
extra income so he decided to start his own business. While
he knew very little about marketing at this time he knew
that he didn’t want to work for others and but still went
forward in selling many different products. Once he worked
his way up in the Multi-Level Marketing venture he began to
see the benefits of success. Desiring to be even better he
began studying other marketers and learned how to improve
his business. As he improved by self-correction, he became
very popular. And so began his journey as a leader in the
field of direct marketing.
Greg Montoya never lets small things affect the big picture,
remaining optimistic while he continues to learn and grow.
To stay on top of the latest marketing trends he and his
team study marketing together each month and conduct a tele-conference.
He mainly concentrates on persistence in the face of
adversity, faith in his ability to succeed and capacity to
help others despite their shortcomings. Greg Montoya has
stated that his favorite books include “Lead the Field” by
Earl Nightingale, “and The View from the Top” by Zig Ziglar
which have both played a major role in his ability to take
on the obstacles of business.
