Jan Guadina...

Jan Guadina has been in real estate, stock brokering, film production, and insurance and mortgage brokering since 1960. He owns a number of these companies to this day. Twenty-nine years later, he started the AmeraDream Corporation to help customers create wealth working from home. That is his definition of the “American Dream.” Jan Guadina researches home-based business opportunities, Internet marketing, and infomercials and creates reviews of companies his customers might consider joining. He puts these on his website. He claims that one can earn $100,000 and up in one year with a home-based business. He produces a free newsletter explaining some of the opportunities he reviews. Jan states that he wants ongoing relationships with his customers. He puts his phone number on every page of his website and invites customers to call him about any investment program. Jan Guadina is a strong advocate for Gary Halbert, highly recommending his stock picking program.

One of Jan Guadina’s own products is a book called Get Rich By Helping Others, The Ultimate Money Machine. This book advises how to buy real estate with only a small down payment and make money every year, whether one has good or bad credit.

In 2003, The Business Advisory Council of Washington D.C. honored top business leaders in the United States and Jan Guadina was awarded the 2003 Businessman of the Year Award. Jan Guadina provides mentoring sessions that are informative, but his customers have given him mixed reviews (mostly bad) on how successful they have been following his advice or joining the opportunities reviewed on his website.
