He decided to start buying them, fixing them up to be money generating machines, and then sell them for a substantial profit. This strategy proved worthy with over 16 businesses being fixed and sold within 20 years of work. Each one sold for thousands, and some hundreds of thousands, more than they were bought for.

By 1997, Mal Emery was exhausted from all the hours he had to put in with his business. He decided that he would sell it and take a break, do a little site seeing in all the places he had dreamed of seeing, and just relax for a while. Before letting completely lose he looked for a business that he could take care of from home with less time restrictions. That is when he decided to share the secrets that had made him so successful.

Developing a course for other marketers benefited him with the profits but also helped those that wanted to follow in his foot steps. Many found his course to be very helpful, offering tips and advice from an “insider” in the industry. He also released a book titled “Sell Your Business the Easy Way”, which was also a success on the market.
