Robert G. Allen...

Robert G. Allen has been marketing his No Money Down real estate techniques for over twenty years. He is also the author of best-selling books Nothing Down, Creating Wealth, and The Challenge, one-time seminar guru and founder of many Robert Allen Nothing Down clubs around the U.S. Despites his fame, Allen’s methods and advice are inconclusive if not outright scams. Thus, he is really nothing more than a showman who does publicity stunts. Allen has made most of his money through the real estate information sales. Of course there is nothing wrong with this on the surface, but if the information is worthless, as much of Allen’s tended to be, you should be warned.

The results of Allen’s techniques were less than satisfactory. Allen tends to oversimplify getting into real estate and those who have used his techniques comment about the severe limitations and ultimate failure to make any profit at all.  He builds people up with false promises and extremely unrealistic expectations in order to get what he wants. Robert G. Allen’s main motivation for what he does is getting money period. That is all he’s after and he’ll do what he can to get gullible people to part with their hard earned money.

Using elaborate theatrics, much of Allen’s Creating Wealth seminars are hype and methods of neuro-linguistic programming (NLP) that amount to psychological manipulation. Allen’s appearances at these gatherings were nothing more than ways to reinforce his image of being an understanding, family-oriented man who simply wanted to help people achieve their financial goals. In reality, Robert G. Allen is nothing but a con-artist.
