Ron LeGrand, a purported real estate expert who specializes in sales information and supplying techniques that will earn you hefty profits as you buy and sell real estate. His path to prosperity began with trips to seminars that presented methods for making great money from real estate without needing either credit or money to do so. LeGrand found himself speaking at these events and slowly his ideas began to have an impact on those who attended. In fact, some who put his concepts into practice have become millionaires.

With the rise in his popularity due to speaking engagements, LeGrand turned to writing and produced an unassuming little volume which he sold for a mere $10. At the about the same time, he also held his first seminar for a newly-organized information marketing business. Today, the company is publicly held and flourishing with yearly sales reaching well over ten million dollars.

LeGrand teaches that you need more than great sales skill to do well in real estate investment. It is very possible to make a lot of money in real estate in a relatively short period of time but it is also a guaranteed to be a grueling business with long hours and lots of footwork trying to locate viable properties. Still, you may make sizeable profit in as little as few months, but the most likely scenarios involve years. Although LeGrand’s book may have insights and tips, it does not cut down the time involved very much at all. You still have to get out there and do the work.

The first talks about sales by the property owner, then you move on to retail and whole sales negotiations, and the last book focuses on different lease options that are available. In the face of this fact, LeGrand assures that the books are comprehensive guides and that if you only buy one and implement the strategies in that you will see results and big earnings.

There are similarities between Ron LeGrand’s products and teachings to that of another real estate luminary named Carlton Sheets. They both suggest techniques for obtaining substantial incomes and with no investment up front. The difference resides in the fact that Sheet’s books and courses less expensive than LeGrand’s. Skeptics also take notices of his claims about how much he has earned through selling real estate and wonder if, in fact, he has sold information on buying and selling real estate than anything else.
