They key then is to follow the system that does work.

Bent-Twyford and Restrepo teach people how to wholesale and flip properties.  She suggests the greatest way to improve your wealth is to invest in real estate wholesaling.  The term flipping has been used to describe wholesaling.  The word wholesaling is simply put exchanging what someone has for what someone wants.  The real estate investor in wholesaling represents the middle man.  You basically find distressed homeowners and put them together with people who rehabilitate homes. Rehabbers are the investors who buy houses to fix up and sell at retail.  This is where the term flipping came in. As a wholesaler it is your job to keep the rehabbers with a steady supply of properties. Once you as the wholesaler find a property for a rehabber you deal a contract.  They rest becomes success.
