Jerry successfully acquired a portfolio of single-family homes and decided to move his business into more successful avenues of real estate investment.  He then began acquiring mobile homes and creating income-producing notes with them. He found the mobile home industry to be rewarding and lucrative.  He expanded into buying mobile home parts and communities.  Today he owns and manages several mobile home communities in addition to his single-family homes portfolio.
