Joe Kaiser...


Joe Kaiser is a successful real estate investor whose focus is foreclosures and lease options.  He began his investment career in the mid-1980s after attending a Clair Crrosted seminar.  He was highly influenced by Mike and Irene Milin, Mark O. Joe Kaiser knows how to do real estate deals and teaches from his own experiences as well as theory.  His rationale is to contact the “tired landowners’- the owners of unoccupied homes and those who have filed eviction lawsuits.  He outlines his strategy on how to make a deal that clicks.  He teaches you how to put his system into place and helps you identify and purchase the properties you want in a systematical and organized method.
