Robyn Thompson is a graduate of Penn State University with a B.A. in Accounting.  She also completed core requirements for a masters degree in International Finance at the University of New Haven.  She worked as a financial analyst before seeking entrepreneurial work on a fulltime basis.  She has completed numerous courses in real estate investment and marketing sponsored by Success Development International, and investment and educational organization based in Jacksonville, Fl.

Robyn Thompson was once a LeGrand student and is now the leading expert in retailing houses for all cash.  She purchased, renovated and sold over 210 properties in the last 61/2 years with huge profits.  Robyn teaches her trade secrets of buying and repairing distressed homes as well as selling and cashing out investment properties through her home study courses, her courses are designed for both beginner and experienced real estate investors.  She has taught 100s of students and continues to teach how to begin retailing houses and making money in your own community.  Robyn Thompson owns and operates Home Buyers, LLC, which is a real estate investment company specializing in purchasing, renovating, and selling single and multi-family homes in and around Waterbury, CT.  Robyn’s company has grown with an awesome rate and she has purchased 50 homes per year since 1998.

Robyn cashes out 97% of her house to “A” credit buyers in record time.  She has a great technique which enables you to reduce rehab time, minimize holding costs, attract and qualify good credit buyers and expedite closings.  In 1999 Robyn began teaching her course entitled, “Retailing for All Cash” to real estate investors around the United States.  She is dynamic, candid and informative.  She is currently developing new courses as well as an audiocassette series and she has recently released a videotape series. She recently purchased an office building in downtown historic Waterbury to serve as her headquarters for Home Buyers, LLC.  She has a staff of four people who perform a variety of tasks related to property acquisition, repair and management as well as sales, marketing and clerical support.
