Sam Weisgal has been a top income earner for over 7 different
companies. He was the marketing director and top income
earner with an educational company, Toyota Sales Manager;
National Marketing Director for a nutritional company; and
Vice-President of a personal development company.
Relative to real estate, Mr. Weisgal started out early in
1972, holding jobs as a roofer, a carpenter’s apprentice,
and then later as a soils and concrete lab technician and
field inspector for an engineering and geological firm,
working on commercial projects such as high rises, highways,
and residential communities. In the early 80’s Sam was lead
foreman on several commercial projects in the
DC-Maryland-Virginia Market.
In the early 90’s Sam went back to School, earning a Degree
in Business Management, Around 1995 He became a
waterproofing contractor on structural foundation repair for
residential and commercial properties.
In 1996, after purchasing and studying a few of the real
estate investing infomercial courses, Sam started visiting
courthouses in PG County and Montgomery County Maryland,
researching foreclosures and tax liens; after a few months,
Sam started purchasing tax liens and using some little known
judicial strategies, He also started helping families stop
their foreclosures, flipping the occasional real estate deal
to some investors for quick cash.
A few years ago Sam partnered up with two companies that
were the front runners in Loss mitigation education and
training and after realizing the shortcomings of those
companies, using his experience and knowledge in loss
mitigation, foreclosure prevention, short sales and
non-performing notes, and some key relationships, Sam
Weisgal created and developed the only loss mitigation
school in the country and what is considered the only
comprehensive education and training program teaching all
aspects of Loss Mitigation, including short sales.
